Drink water:

Immediately after waking up in the morning drink a glass of water. Usually people go for tea or some hot drinks like coffee or anything. If you are doing exercise in the morning then do it first then drink water. remember not even milk or health drinks can be substitute for water that morning water will clean your stomach and make it healthy to digest the food you are going to take for rest of the day.

Do exercise

Do exercise at least once in every day even if it for small time. stretching, walking or some easy  exercise will do.

Eat healthy food and food which you actually need don't eat just for taste.
